Standard Type Laboratory Fume Hood

 

Fume hood is one kind of lab furniture, essential for laboratories, which plays the role of air exhaust and gas exchange.

The structure of fume hood is upper-lower type, there is an exhaust hole at the top, which can be installed with vent fan.The upper hood has gas collection hood, guide baffle controller, lamp, sockets, etc the visible window is made of tempered glass, can be moved up-down feely, operated by people.

The lower cabinet is wall bench type, the upper part is worktop, the lower is cabinet body, the worktop can be installed with water sink&tap.

FeaturesUpper Hood: adopts double-layer structure design.
- The outer layer is steel made shell, with 1.0mm thick galvanized steel sheet bended and pressed, the surface is treated by unoil, pickling, phosphating to prevent rust, then electrostatic spraying epoxy protective coating as surface treatment of anti-acid/alkali/corrosion, the adhesive force of its spraying epoxy protective coating is good after the test of drop impact;
- The inner layer is lining board (including the top panel, side panel, guide panel): use 5mm thick compact chemical base panel, with excellent anti-corrosion effect, the guide panel is 3-level exhaust guide design inside, can remove the exhaust corners and contribute to discharge gases with different density;
- It adopts side or back counterweight structure and knock-down movable top panel and side panels(lining panels maintenance window), which is convenient for maintenance and upgrade of counterweight, water, electricity and gas.

- Sliding Window System
  1. Visible window: ≥5mm thick anti-explosion tempered glass, slides smoothly, can stop at any position of the track; main window glass can slide around freely, is convenient for user to operate.

- Electrical System
  1. Controller= LCD screen intelligent control panel: the controller is set on side of outer column, which is convenient for observation and operation.
  2. Socket: use safe socket with protecting cover of dustproof, spray proof. Outer size is 60*60mm, 10A/16A 220V multifunction socket, suitable for all kinds of lab equipment.
  3. Lighting: use integrative LED lamp, hidden in the top panel, will not be in touch with the gases of the fume hood, easy to be changed, the luminance is enough for experiment purpose.
  4. Equipped with overload and short circuitprotection safety device.
-  Exhaust air system: the top hood panel is internal three-stage exhaust air design the air outlet dia is 250mm.
 optional: centrifugal blower or axial flow blower, ducting, valve, etc

Lower Cabinet: 
- Worktop:12.7mm thick solid core physiochemical board, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistance.
epoxy resin board or ceramic board is optional.
- Base Cabinet: the underneath part is overall assembly structure, use 1.0mm thick galvanized steel plate bent, with surface sprayed by epoxy resin powder.
1. Hinge: use 90° damping steel hinges, no noise, no spring back, high strength and can not be easily broken.
2. Handle: use embedded Type or C Type aluminium alloy handles or integral bent steel handles.
